迎海兩房減至2.4萬租出

買賣租務 2020-12-29

部分買家持觀望態度,令租務市場轉趨活躍,轉買為租個案增加。世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示,馬鞍山迎海1座低層C室,實用面積約790方呎,兩房間隔。業主原叫租2.5萬元,終減1,000元後,以2.4萬元租出,實用面積呎租約30.4元。


據了解,業主於2018年11月購入上址,當時作價1,038萬元,現租出可享租金回報率約2.8厘。
