月租1.4萬租匯璽開放式戶 平均呎租51元

交通方便向來是市民選擇居所首要條件,南昌站上蓋的匯璽,由新鴻基地產發展,項目港鐵上蓋,中原地產昇悅居分行首席分區營業經理程智聰表示,匯璽6座高層G室,實用面積273方呎,屬開放式單位,座向北方,享開揚都市景,現以月租1.4萬元租出,折合實用呎租51元。


 程智聰指,上址業主於2019年10月以669萬元買入單位,是次租出單位,享有2.5厘租金回報。 匯璽本月至今暫錄逾31宗租賃成交,平均實用呎租50元。
