去年全年辣稅59億 涉2972宗 按年大跌42%及54%

去年樓市受疫情及加息影響,成交宗數及樓價齊跌,稅務局昨公布,去年全年三大辣稅(額外印花稅SSD、買家印花稅BSD、及雙倍從價印花稅DSD)共錄得2979宗,較2021年按年大跌42%,相關收入59.47億元,按年亦大跌54%,同創2014年有紀錄以來新低。

三大辣稅中,去年全年共有2113宗涉及DSD的成交,較2021年減少近44%,為2014年有紀錄以來新低,涉及金額40.78億元,按年減少56%,為2016年實施後新低後新低。另外,去年全年錄得221宗SSD成交,按年跌43%,涉及稅款1.56億元,按年減少近40%,同為2011年後新低。


單計12月份的辣稅資料,上月BSD的成交錄35宗,按月跌39%,涉資2.22億元,按月增1.32倍;SSD成交則有6宗,涉資420萬元,按月分別大跌70%及66%。而DSD成交則有104宗,涉資3.31億元,按月分別跌33.7%及升62.9%。
