SSD鬆綁即820萬沽 匯璽一房3年蝕7萬

美國聯儲局今年以來大幅加息3厘,市場預期年底前仍會加息,在息口前景未明朗,有業主先沽貨為上。位處南昌站上蓋的匯璽,近日有業主以820萬元沽出一房單位,帳面需蝕7萬元。

樓市氣氛轉弱,市場靜待施政報告會否令有政策,帶領樓市有新方向之際,美聯首席高級營業經理黃永財表示,施政報告公布前夕,匯璽7座中高層K室,實用面積380方呎,屬一房開放式廚房設計,景觀開揚,項目交通配套完善,區內客趁施政報告公布前以820萬元承接,實用呎價21,579萬元。


原業主於2019年10月以827.3萬元購入,未知有否獲發展商回贈,不過單位剛持有逾3年,額印貨鬆綁即沽售,是次轉手,業主帳面料損手約7萬元。
