不敵疫情衝擊御金國峯一房海景銀主盤726萬沽

近期市場頻頻錄銀主盤成交，除了大額豪宅如西半山豪宅CLUNY PARK及大潭紅山半島，相繼錄銀主盤成交後，市場錄油麻地御金‧國峯屋苑一個海景一房，早前淪為銀主盤後，最終減價至808萬元沽，平均呎價1.8萬元。

鄰近港鐵柯士甸站的及廣深港高鐵站的御金‧國峰，發展商開售時以「西九黃金圈」作賣點，推動更多中港客源入市。不過，疫情持續多年，該類客源減弱，市場錄蝕讓個案之餘，亦錄銀主盤沽售個案。中原地產九龍站凱旋門分行資深分區營業經理呂燕萍表示，御金．國峰6座高層B室，實用面積400方呎，屬1房間隔，向南享有海景，銀主早前開價848萬元放賣，其後曾減至808萬元，最終獲買家以725.88萬元承接，實用呎價18,147元。原業主2012年1月692.1萬元一手買入，持貨約10年，帳面賺33.78萬元，升幅約5%。
